Job description

Vie Management is seeking a Property Manager to lead Vie Villas, a boutique student housing community in Boca Raton.


This is a hands-on, highly independent role designed for a property management professional who enjoys having full ownership of a community. With a streamlined on-site structure and support from Vie's corporate team, you'll oversee leasing, resident relations, property performance, and daily operations.


The position is ideal for an experienced Assistant Property Manager ready to advance or a Property Manager who prefers an intimate community where they can stay connected to residents and directly influence results.


What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the community's daily operations and overall performance
  • Lead leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention efforts
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for residents and prospects
  • Create a welcoming resident experience and address concerns promptly
  • Manage property financials, including budgeting, collections, expenses, and reporting
  • Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and corporate support teams
  • Maintain excellent curb appeal and property presentation
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety requirements, and company policies
  • Develop creative, cost-effective ideas to strengthen leasing and resident engagement


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in student housing, multifamily, apartment management, leasing, or residential operations
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager, Community Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or similar position
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Strong leasing, sales, resident relations, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of budgeting, collections, expenses, and financial reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues confidently
  • Experience with Entrata or another property management platform preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
