The work setting for this role is primarily remote, providing flexibility in your schedule while maintaining access to a fully equipped outpatient mental health clinic. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulating effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches—to address clients' unique needs.
• Documenting clinical notes and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to create a coordinated care approach, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and attendance at peer review meetings to promote continuous professional development and enhance service quality.
• Providing educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families to facilitate understanding and acceptance of mental health challenges and treatment pathways.
• Staying informed about advancements in the mental health field and implementing new knowledge into your practice for improved patient care.
• Managing a diverse caseload, maintaining effective communication with clients, and adapting treatment strategies to meet their evolving needs.

The clients you will be serving encompass a wide range of demographics and mental health concerns. From children to adults, your work will directly affect those facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Your ability to apply evidence-based practices will empower clients to develop resilience and achieve their personal recovery goals, fundamentally improving their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly focusing on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client data.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary team collaborations.
• Knowledge in specific therapeutic techniques or additional certifications will be considered an asset.
