A wellness Program Manager contributes to AHF by overseeing the daily operations and successful delivery of Wellness services, including free TI testing and treatment, HIV testing, PrEP and PEP initiation, client navigation, and linkage to ongoing care. This role ensures that services are provided with excellence, compassion, and consistency while supporting site performance goals, staff accountability, and a welcoming client experience. Through strong operational leadership, the Wellness Program Manager directly advances AHF's mission of expanding access to lifesaving sexual health and HIV prevention services.
A Wellness Program Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by delivering high-quality, client-centered Wellness services that build trust within the community. Through strong site leadership, they ensure every client interaction reflects AHF's commitment to excellence, compassion, accessibility, and culturally competent care.

To be successful as a Wellness Program Manager, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind in every aspect of site operations. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The Wellness Program Manager will work as part of a close-knit team to develop and refine site operations that strengthen public health outcomes. They will collaborate with Public Health leadership, providers, Client Care Specialists, pharmacy partners, outreach teams, and community partners to expand access to services, improve client retention, support PrEP growth, and ensure efficient daily workflows. By fostering communication, teamwork, accountability, and innovation, the Wellness Program Manager helps the Wellness site operate effectively while aligning with AHF's mission to deliver high-quality, accessible care.
