What You'll Do
  • Lead Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HOA/CDD and lifestyle sectors.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with boards, developers, and community leaders to understand needs and craft solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with leadership on strategic plans for emerging markets.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Inframark at industry events, networking forums, and community meetings.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in business development preferably in community management or related industries.
  • Certifications are helpful: CMCA, AMS, PCAM.
  • Strong knowledge of HOA governance, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools and virtual presentation platforms.
  • Skills in Excel are extremely helpful
