Job Summary
 
The Community Sales Agents/Representative is responsible for engaging directly with residential customers within assigned neighborhoods and at community-based events to promote and sell connectivity and smart technology solutions. The role focuses on supporting customer acquisition by introducing internet, entertainment, mobility, and home security services that meet customer needs. Through face-to-face interactions, the Community Sales Representative builds relationships within the residential community, creates positive customer experiences, and contributes to regional market growth. This role operates in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and supports overall sales performance through consistent outreach, product knowledge, and effective communication.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with residents through door-to-consumer neighborhood outreach, community events and personal networks
  • Introduce customers to connectivity and smart home solutions
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Generate new customer activations and contribute to team sales targets
  • Support a smooth customer experience by coordinating with installation teams
  • Represent the organization professionally in the community

  • Outgoing and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with customers in face-to-face environments

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned neighborhoods or territories will be required
