Delivery Associate

As a delivery associate, you'll operate a cargo van, delivering 200+ packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the Central Ohio neighborhoods you serve - delivering smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys, and much more in the packages customers receive. You can expect to work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

This position offers a chance to be part of a SAFE, fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact the community and company success.

Shifts will begin between 11:30 AM-12:30 PM

No previous delivery experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be eligible to drive under the requirements.
  • Must have reliable transportation to report to our Pataskala, OH delivery station for scheduled shifts (typically between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM).
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to climb stairs, enter and exit a delivery van frequently, and remain active throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and dependable attendance.
  • Comfortable using smartphone applications and GPS navigation.
  • Previous delivery, logistics, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided.
