Job description

Remote Healthcare Talent Connector / Account Executive

Imagine a career that is not just a job, but a journey filled with opportunity and purpose. Each chat you engage in could lead a dedicated healthcare professional towards a rewarding position, transforming lives one connection at a time. At MLR, we see healthcare recruiting as a personal endeavor just like how we honor the tireless efforts of those who make these connections happen.

We are currently seeking dynamic, results-driven individuals eager to join our mission of linking exceptional healthcare talent with the organizations focused on delivering outstanding patient care. This position is quite different from typical recruiting roles. You won't be bogged down by endless hiring cycles or cumbersome requisitions. Instead, you'll be taking on the essential role of a connector identifying candidates, initiating impactful conversations, and coordinating crucial meetings that lead to genuine results.

Choose your own schedule and work from locations that inspire you. Your earnings reflect your hard work and dedication, allowing for a meaningful contribution in one of the most vital industries.

Your responsibilities include leveraging our innovative platform and network to source outstanding healthcare candidates, reaching out to potential candidates to introduce opportunities within MLR and assess their level of interest, arranging meetings between candidates and recruiters for thorough screening sessions, maintaining communication with leads to keep their interest alive and assist them throughout the hiring process, ensuring our applicant tracking system remains updated with accurate details, and earning commissions based on the meetings you set up, interviews conducted, and successful placements related to your efforts.

What you'll need includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and self-driven attitude, a passion for outreach, making connections, and aiding individuals in advancing their careers, and no prior recruiting experience is necessary; as long as you're organized and resourceful, we'll guide you in learning all you need.

This is a commission-based opportunity rooted in performance. That means there are no limits on your earning potential and no caps on your aspirations. Your income will reflect the genuine value you provide: commissions for each qualified meeting you set, bonuses added when candidates move forward to interviews due to your outreach efforts, multiple commission percentages on newly secured business, additional bonus commissions for successful placements that can be traced back to your leads, and complementary opportunities to earn further through performance-based bonuses (e.g., retention rewards).

Your contributions are transparently tracked every dollar you earn is directly tied to the actions you take.

We are building more than just a recruiting team; we're fostering a movement that thrives on flexibility, meritocracy, and shared values. Unlimited earnings, complete flexibility, a supportive environment, and making a difference are just a few of the benefits of choosing MLR.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking remote flexibility, those interested in transitioning into the recruiting field or the healthcare sector, affiliate marketers, influencers, and content creators who have a knack for crafting compelling messages and following up with integrity, healthcare professionals eager to pivot towards recruiting or leverage their extensive networks, and salespeople who are passionate about connecting people with purpose and opportunities.

Inside our realm, experience and grand titles don't dictate your success curiosity, communication, and consistency do. Picture earning every time someone you've reached out to moves closer to achieving their dream role. That's the essence of success at MLR.
