Job description

Community Health Care Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Sandersville, GA. As part of our integrated care model at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), this role supports chiropractic care delivery by assisting with clinical tasks, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring accurate documentation within our EHR system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Chiropractor with patient care, including positioning and therapeutic support.
  • Take and record patient vitals such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  • Assist with administering therapeutic modalities as directed (e.g., heat packs, electrical stimulation, ultrasound).
  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after each patient visit.
  • Maintain smooth patient flow and help manage appointment scheduling as needed.
  • Accurately update and maintain patient records in EClinicalWorks EHR System.
  • Support Communication between the chiropractor, patients, and other clinical team members.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness or chiropractic exam/treatment spaces.
  • Perform other clinical and administrative tasks as assigned to support the chiropractic and broader medical team.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience in a medical or chiropractic office setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures.
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks or another electronic health records system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer proficiency.
