At Lion Real Estate Group, we're always looking to connect with talented Community Managers who are interested in future opportunities within our growing multifamily portfolio. While we may not have an immediate opening available, we're continually building relationships with strong leaders who can step in and make an impact when opportunities arise.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
  • Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident retention
  • Manage community financial performance, including collections, delinquency, and budget adherence
  • Recruit, develop, and coach onsite team members
  • Build positive relationships with residents while resolving concerns professionally and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor property appearance, curb appeal, and maintenance performance
  • Analyze reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans to achieve property goals
  • Partner with regional leadership to maximize community performance and resident satisfaction

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous Community Manager experience in multifamily property management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven success with occupancy, collections, resident retention, and financial performance
  • Excellent resident relations and customer service abilities
  • Experience managing budgets, reports, and property performance metrics
  • Proficiency with Yardi or other property management software preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
