Job description

JOB BRIEF:

Aircare International is currently seeking a full-time Call Center Specialist with excellent communication and research skills. Must be able to work efficiently with computers, multi-line phone systems and be able to multi-task within a team environment. This position requires the ability to meet and exceed our client's expectations.

As a member of Aircare Access employee, you will coordinate with and provide staffing assistance to corporate aircrews worldwide. This position is responsible for assigning contracted crews members for upcoming trips for Executive Flight Departments, along with dispatching telemedical services when necessary. This position is responsible for connecting callers to physicians for emergency assistance as well as coordinating follow up care as needed.

This position has multiple shifts available in a 24/7 365 day a year professional office. The Full time position is salaried with medical, dental and vision insurance as well as vacation and sick leave.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Aircare Access

· Provide worldwide concierge support.

· Manage medical referrals and follow-up care as needed.

· Coordination of 3-way physician connection surrounding medical incidents.

· Implement immediate physician connection for medical incidents

· Coordinate medical referrals

· Coordinate follow up care as needed

· Coordinate prescription replacement services

· Evacuation coordination

· Provide world-wide concierge services

· Embassy/cultural reports and referrals

· Country Security/Health assessments research

Aircare Crews

· Coordinate with Executive Flight Departments and Aircare Crews Employees

· Manage and update Company Dispatching Database

· Recruitment of qualified personnel for Aircare Crews

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Motivated and inventive self-starter

· Able to work alone without supervision

· Problem solver

· Concise written and verbal communication ability

· Mac computer skills preferred

· Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure

· Strict confidentiality regarding security issues and clientele

· Maintain organization in a dynamic environment

· Multi-line phone experience

· High school graduate

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must pass a Background Check
