What you'll do

  • Create high-quality, on-brand digital collateral for social media, web, and external communications.
  • Shape visual narratives for reports and presentations, translating data and philanthropic impact into polished layouts, graphics, and design systems.
  • Maintain Foundation and Community websites through content edits, page creation, and visual updates using the Amazin' Mets Foundation's content management system.
  • Support communications plans and programs that advance the Amazin' Mets Foundation's mission and the philanthropic vision of its leadership.
  • Organize communications materials, including press releases, media advisories, annual reports, and coverage summaries that reinforce the Foundation's story.
  • Manage mailing lists, distribution, and engagement tracking for internal and external communications.
  • Build content calendars for social and digital channels, coordinating creation, and delivery across the year.
  • Analyze campaign performance and quarterly reporting, identifying insights that improve audience engagement and strengthen future storytelling.
  • Apply artificial intelligence and automation tools to streamline monitoring, reporting, and data tracking while reducing manual processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creators, including designers, video editors, Mets photographers, and production teams, to deliver compelling content.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of digital communications experience, including social media and visual content creation for digital platforms and print materials.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, digital design, and brand-aligned creative work across channels.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital communications platforms including Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Classy.
  • Strong digital copywriting, written and verbal communication, and editorial judgment to identify high-quality content opportunities.
  • Experience shooting and editing video and photos.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
