Job description

Synergy Sales Co. is a strategic sales partner supporting Frontier’s fiber expansion. We are hiring an Outside Sales Agent to acquire residential customers in newly deployed fiber territories through direct, consultative sales.

  • Conduct high-volume door-to-door canvassing, lead follow-up, and presence at local events and retail sites.
  • Deliver consultative presentations on fiber internet, phone, and value-added services tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, close new accounts, and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Monitor local market conditions and competitor activity to maintain a competitive offering.
  • Participate in required training, team meetings, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Direct sales, prospecting, or cold-calling experience preferred; open to motivated candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfortable using tablets/CRM tools and basic technology for presentations and order entry.
  • Strong time management, organization, and negotiation skills; self-motivated and target-driven.
