Technology Education Teacher
Salary Range: Per Educator Agreementย Salary Schedule
Start Date:ย  August 24, 2026
Work week: .67 FTE
Student Level: White Bear Lake Area High School (0.67 FTE)
Position Summary:
Applicants with the ability to acquire a Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4 Technology Education Construction Careers license should consider applying for the position.ย  Applicants should be able to teach woods andย construction courses.ย Experience with PLTW is preferred, but not required.ย  A successful candidate has the opportunity to work in an new and innovative high school building while supporting a broad spectrum of school students and ensuring that all students can answer "yes" to the following questions:ย  Do I belong here? Is this meaningful?ย Can I do this?ย 
Performs difficult professional work providing a broad range of teaching services or specific learning program, assisting students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed as a foundation for future learning in accordance with each student's ability, using a variety of teaching and learning methods at various levels to a targeted audience, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Principal. Occasional oversight is exercised over Paraprofessional or Volunteer.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in teaching, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements:
Tier 1, 2, 3, or 4 Minnesota Educator License Required.
Construction Careers CTE License preferred
