This position is set in our Surgical Center, a modern facility equipped with advanced medical technology to support high-quality patient care. As a member of our onsite medical team, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment that fosters teamwork and innovation. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour daily schedule, providing you with a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with patients, their families, and fellow medical staff, ensuring compassionate care and effective communication.
  • Provide expert consultation to other medical personnel regarding complex pain management cases, tailoring recommendations based on individual patient needs.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess and interpret pain-related conditions, formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on a range of pain management strategies, including lifestyle adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, stress reduction techniques, and the appropriate use of medical devices.
  • Engage in research initiatives aimed at identifying innovative pain relief methods and novel treatment modalities, contributing to the advancement of the field.
  • Prescribe medications for pain management in compliance with state regulations, ensuring safe and effective treatment for all patients.
  • Deliver postoperative care, closely monitoring surgical patients for potential complications and providing essential education about their recovery process and therapeutic options.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to create a cohesive treatment approach for managing patients' pain effectively.
  • Consult with physicians to explore alternative non-narcotic pain management strategies for patients at risk for opioid dependence.

Compensation and Benefits
