Landscape Construction Project Manager
Location: North Bay, CA
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE). With Incentives up-to $115+
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses available
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects from start to finish. This role manages daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage up to 4-6 active construction projects simultaneously
  • Oversee daily field operations and crew performance
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, sales, and accounting
  • Ensure schedules, budgets, and production goals are met
  • Identify extras and process approved change orders
  • Enforce safety policies and company SOPs
  • Review daily field reports and job costs
  • Schedule and close projects in Aspire

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction
  • Associate's degree preferred (Green Industry)
  • CLP / CLT certifications preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM/ERP software (Aspire preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Valid driver's license; insurable
  • Able to read and build from construction plans
  • Equipment Operator
  • CPR & First Aid certified (or able to obtain)
