Qualifications

  • Experience deploying a unified
    communication platform, with Cisco preferred. Microsoft Teams or SLACK
    project experience also useful.

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver large cross-functional initiatives on time, within budget, and exceed user expectations.

  • Solid knowledge of program and project management principles and practices.  PMI Certification a plus.

  • Experience delivering technical projects.

  • Experience transitioning enterprise, global services from engineering to operations. 

  • 5 years of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent experience managing a technical team.

  • 3 years of experience working with IT technologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent.
