🚨 Now Hiring: Project Manager – Asphalt Plants / Heavy Equipment 🚨- based out of Florence, KY

📍 Florence, KY Area

💰 Salary: $90K+ DOE

✈️ Travel: 40-50%

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee asphalt plant and heavy equipment projects from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the primary contact for customers while coordinating engineers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines

✔ Coordinate equipment installations and project execution

✔ Review blueprints, AutoCAD drawings, and technical documentation

✔ Track project costs, profitability, and scope changes

✔ Communicate project updates and build strong customer relationships

✔ Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

🔹 5+ years of project management experience in heavy equipment, manufacturing, construction, industrial equipment, or related industries

🔹 Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

🔹 SAP or ERP system experience

🔹 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

🔹 Strong communication, organizational, and customer-facing skills

🔹 Willingness to travel up to 50%
