Job description

Vylor is seeking a Project Manager, Marketing Communications, as part of the Marketing Communications team. This role will support the successful planning, coordination, execution and delivery of integrated marketing communications initiatives across a variety of portfolios and business priorities.
The Project Manager, Marketing Communications, will help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and aligned to broader marketing and communications objectives. This role will work closely with Marketing Communications Managers, internal stakeholders and agency partners to coordinate workflows, manage timelines, monitor project progress and support operational excellence across the organization.
This individual will serve as a key partner in helping drive efficiency, visibility and accountability across the marketing communications process while supporting integrated campaign execution and day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate marketing communications projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects remain on time, within scope and aligned to Marketing Communications objectives.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, workflows and status updates across multiple integrated marketing communications initiatives.
• Serve as a traffic management lead for the Marketing Communications team by coordinating deliverables, routing projects and helping maintain project visibility across stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Marketing Communications Managers and internal teams to support campaign planning, project execution and operational alignment.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, bottlenecks or scope changes that may impact delivery timelines.
• Support workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency, communication and project execution.
• Assist in maintaining project governance standards, documentation, reporting processes and operational best practices across the team.
• Track project milestones, timelines, approvals and budget-related details to support effective project delivery and accountability.
• Coordinate with agency partners and external vendors as needed to support project execution and deliverable management.
• Utilize project management and workflow management platforms, including Optimizely and other collaboration tools, to manage projects and maintain visibility across workstreams.
• Support reporting and operational tracking efforts that help improve planning visibility, prioritization and execution across the Marketing Communications organization.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within an advertising agency, integrated marketing, communications or related business environment.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional project workflows preferred.
• Familiarity with project management, workflow management and collaboration tools such as Optimizely, Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, Jira or similar platforms is beneficial.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy within fast-paced project environments.
• Ability to proactively identify challenges, communicate solutions and drive projects forward effectively.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications workflows, campaign execution processes and integrated marketing operations.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and maintain alignment among multiple stakeholders.
