Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks

  • Basic knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in a casino or gaming environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Experience handling playing cards or operating shuffling machines is considered a plus

Responsibilities


Card Shuffling


  • Shuffle card decks using manual or automated shuffling machines according to company guidelines and gaming regulations.
  • Ensure that all shuffled decks are randomized and free from any patterns or potential bias.
  • Replace card decks sets as needed during live games and prepare new decks for upcoming shift.


Card Inspection


  • Conduct thorough inspections of all card decks to ensure there are no defects, markings, or damages that could compromise the integrity of the game.
  • Report any irregularities or damaged cards to the supervisor for immediate action.
    Inventory Management:
  • Keep an accurate inventory of all card decks and ensure that the studio has an adequate supply of ready-to-use cards at all times.
  • Safeguard the storage and handling of all card decks to prevent tampering or damage.
    Collaboration with Dealers:
  • Work closely with online casino dealers and game supervisors to ensure that shuffled decks are delivered promptly for live games.
  • Communicate any issues or delays with the supervisory team to maintain a smooth game flow.
    Compliance & Regulations:
  • Follow all internal and external regulations regarding the handling, shuffling, and preparation of card decks.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices and uphold the highest standards of fairness.
    Studio Operations Support:
  • Assist in general studio operations as needed, including supporting game preparation and equipment management.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shuffling area
