  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the CCO and executive leadership team

  • Own the Communications analytics and insights capability, including reporting infrastructure, data modeling, and performance analysis

Systems & AI Enablement:

  • Own the Communications technology roadmap, advancing the function from manual and siloed workflows to a more integrated and scalable infrastructure

  • Implement standardized workflows and tools that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the function

  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to streamline processes and enhance team productivity

Strategic Bandwidth Management & Operating Rhythm:

  • Act as the central intake point for communications requests, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and effective use of team capacity

  • Develop and manage a communications calendar and operating rhythm to track and report on major initiatives and milestones

  • Partner closely with the CCO and Executive Assistant to align leadership priorities, time allocation, and team execution

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Director or Sr. Manager in strategy & operations inside of a corporate communications team
