  • Lead and coordinate strategic IT initiatives supporting organizational transformation and business objectives.
  • Partner with the CIO and IT Leadership Team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Gather, analyze, and present information that supports effective decision-making.
  • Manage governance activities and coordinate multiple project workstreams.
  • Develop clear communications and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Facilitate collaboration among global stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Support project portfolio planning and demand management across the IT organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in project or program management within a complex or global organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams, functions, or geographic locations.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
