Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst (Trading & Supply – Endur)

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Experience: 10+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support Trading & Supply technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commodity trading environments with hands‑on experience in the Endur platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, drive solution delivery, and improve critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support Endur implementations, enhancements, and production initiatives.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate solution design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and QA teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Strong experience in Trading & Supply or Commodity Trading environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with the Endur platform.
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Cmotion
    • Deal Capture (Front Office)
    • Settlements & Accounting (Back Office)
    • Tax
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
