As our Procurement Innovation & Integration Lead you will be the strategic architect of our North American digital ecosystem. You will command the data strategy, drive AI led transformation, and orchestrate the financial intelligence that powers our North America Procurement Division. This is a high visibility role for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of complex data, digital innovation, and business strategy.
Your Day to Day and The Future
  • Design and deploy AI driven solutions that move beyond automation, creating a mature and efficient procurement ecosystem that accelerates our 2030 competitive advantage
  • Orchestrate the end to end Integrated Cost Planning workflow, driving profit and loss impact assessments, real time forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Leverage new Version to Version analytics to perform high fidelity variance analysis, automating the bridging of forecasts to baselines and providing clear visibility into Price, Volume, Foreign Exchange, and Commodity drivers
  • Set the vision for end to end data governance and master data integrity across Vendor, Material, and Bill of Materials datasets to turn raw data into high impact business intelligence
  • Serve as the primary digital ambassador and storyteller for North American Procurement digital evolution, converting complex technical outputs into compelling business narratives that drive cross functional alignment
  • Champion the digital change management roadmap, ensuring seamless organization wide adoption of new platforms through effective strategic communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead cross functional alignment across Finance, Global Supply Chain, and Global Commodities, turning technical insights into business narratives that upskill the organization and institutionalize high performance standards
  • Leverage your coding and analytics expertise across Python, R, and SQL to eliminate operational friction and drive process maturity
  • Drive regional operational stability by embedding procurement rigor into the supply chain while securing optimal key performance indicator results
  • Optimize inventory by balancing customer service with working capital requirements while maintaining strict adherence to Environmental Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Regulatory compliance standards
  • Oversee critical supplier management, including Supplier Managed Inventory and service agreement execution, to enforce policy, mitigate risk, and guarantee supply assurance across North American operations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or a related technical field
  • 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Data Strategy, or Digital Transformation
  • Experience in project management and execution of digital and AI driven projects within global, complex supply chain or procurement environments
  • Advanced proficiency in data governance, visualization tools including Tableau and PowerBI, coding languages including Python, R, and SQL, and ERP systems such as SAP
  • Demonstrated success in cost planning, financial consolidation, and delivering profit and loss impacting projects

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration, Master of Science, or a related professional certification
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and the leadership skills necessary to inspire cross functional teams

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
