We're not a traditional real estate operation. With the support of Zillow Flex, the systems of PLACE, and a dedicated full-time marketing team generating more than 10 million social media impressions each month, we're building both a powerful media presence and a high-performing real estate business.
What You'll Do
  • Work with qualified, active buyer and seller leads-no cold calling required
  • Conduct consultations, negotiate contracts, and build your pipeline quickly
  • Leverage proven systems, extensive training, and accountability tools to improve performance
  • Partner with a committed team that holds itself to a high standard of excellence
What We're Looking For
  • An active Virginia real estate license or a license nearing completion
  • Full-time availability and comfort with a commission-only compensation structure
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to follow proven strategies
  • A long-term mindset focused on building a dependable real estate career-not occasional transactions

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
