Job description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Cell Phone Assemblers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will possess sharp vision, acute hearing, and the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced environment. This position involves the assembly and quality control of mobile phone components, requiring strong focus, manual dexterity, and a commitment to maintaining product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble small and intricate components of mobile devices according to standardized procedures.
  • Inspect assembled units to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, small machinery, or assembly equipment as needed.
  • Identify and report any faults or inconsistencies during assembly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in electronics or assembly work is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Sharp vision (with or without corrective lenses) for inspecting small parts.
  • Acute hearing to respond to audio signals or cues during the assembly process.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Work Schedule

  • First shift 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Second shift: 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday
