Job description

Liteworks ASM specializes in the distribution and retail sales of Premium windows and doors for high-end residential and commercial projects in Metro Atlanta and the southeast.

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our growing window and door distribution company. A confident and outgoing individual who is self-disciplined and thrives on a challenge is the perfect candidate. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships with contractors, designers, architects and other professionals in the residential construction/remodeling industry and the light commercial industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client accounts for company through cold calls, working potential customer lists that include architects, trade organizations, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers
  • Consultation with customers providing solutions for their projects.
  • Capture new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
  • Continually strive for 100% satisfaction with clients
  • Prepare estimates for specific projects, provide product recommendations and solutions for the customer.
  • Responsible for all sales merchandising, technical information, customer product knowledge, and evaluating the area's market needs and business conditions in your territory.
  • Manage customer account receivables
  • Attend monthly sales meeting

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own reliable vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, sales and Customer Service skills are necessary
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Superior time-management and organization skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Previous building material sales experience (not required)
  • Knowledge of building materials products highly desirable
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and applicable programs is required
