JOB TITLE: Hospital Liaison

EMPLOYER: TWELFTH ONE, LLC dba Aspen Infusion

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales

SALARY: Based on experience + commission


SUMMARY: The Hospital Liaison is responsible for promoting company products and services to referral sources and patients so that company goals for business growth are achieved.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.
  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of the home infusion therapy industry product information.
  • Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed.
  • Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact the business unit.
  • Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent, one to two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Must be a self-starter and proactive.

  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Continually required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and drive a vehicle.

  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 30 pounds.
  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
