The Video Production Specialist will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other internal teams to develop content that clearly communicates the value of RAM Mounts products and the real-world applications they support.

This is a hands-on role for a visual storyteller who can balance creative quality, brand consistency, technical execution, and business objectives. This position is office-based at our South Park Seattle headquarters, collaborating closely with our engineering, marketing, and U.S.-based production teams.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video/photo content for RAM Mounts.
  • Produce product videos, demonstrations, and launch content.
  • Create brand, campaign, and promotional videos/photos.
  • Produce customer stories, testimonials, and case study videos.
  • Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
  • Film in a variety of environments, including offices, warehouses, vehicles, manufacturing facilities, customer locations, and events.
  • Edit video for websites, social media, email, advertising, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Conduct and film interviews with customers, employees, and industry partners.
  • Capture supporting photography and B-roll when needed.
  • Manage video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
  • Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate production schedules, locations, equipment, talent, and outside vendors.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams on video projects.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with RAM Mounts brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Stay current with video production techniques, equipment, platforms, and content trends.
  • Help develop and maintain a consistent video production process and content library.

Required:

  • 3–5 years of professional video production experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Strong experience with video production from concept through final delivery.
  • Strong experience with photography (in-studio and lifestyle)
  • Proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, audio, camera operation, and video editing.
  • Experience producing content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and other commercial applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also taking direction and collaborating with a larger creative and marketing team.
  • Portfolio demonstrates a range of professional video work.

Bonus:

  • Experience creating motion graphics, titles, transitions, product callouts, animations, and other visual elements when appropriate.
  • Connections in various industries we can use for shoot locations such as Warehouses, public safety, agriculture, field services, etc.

Why Join RAM Mounts?

You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of products, industries, environments, and customers while helping shape the visual storytelling of an established and growing brand.
