Job description

Ibotta is seeking a Vertical Marketing Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this position, you'll support the development of sales content that positions the Ibotta Performance Network as a must-buy marketing platform for CPG manufacturers. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners (revenue, product, analytics) to produce segment-specific content and training materials that help our sales teams win new business.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.
What you will be doing:
  • Develop and draft targeted sales materials for CPG manufacturers, including pitch decks, outreach templates, one-pagers, and blog posts.
  • Assist in the rollout of go-to-market strategies for Ibotta's products by creating messaging that aligns with consumer needs and brand partnerships.
  • Maintain a library of sales enablement tools, ensuring playbooks and collateral are up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team.
  • Partner with product and analytics teams to gather the necessary data and product details to build accurate and compelling sales stories.
  • Work with measurement teams to turn data-driven insights into clear, visual proof points for sales presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze how sales teams are using existing content and suggest improvements based on feedback and performance.

What we are looking for:
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B Content Marketing.
  • Experience in or around the CPG industry is strongly preferred, especially within health, beauty, household goods, or general merchandise verticals.
  • Proficient at translating customer research, consumer insights, and product capabilities (e.g., measurement methodologies, AI-enabled software) into clear and compelling stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A portfolio of work (scripts, pitch decks, playbooks) that demonstrates your proficiency as a sales content creator is highly desirable.
  • A passion for and demonstrable experience in supporting high-performing sales teams with tailored content and training.
  • Hands-on attitude. Works effectively in Google Suite, Keynote, etc., to build sales content semi-autonomously, using design resources only for more advanced tasks.

Additional Details:
  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, Snacks and occasional meals.
  • Base compensation range: $108,000 - 125,000. Equity is included in the overall compensation package. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
