As a Virtual Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with prospective and existing clients while developing valuable communication, customer service, and relationship-management skills.Client Service & Benefits Guidance
  • Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
  • Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
  • Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
  • Assist clients through applications and enrollment
  • Provide ongoing service and follow-up

Compensation & Performance Rewards
💰 Weekly Commission-Based Pay
This is a performance-based, commission sales opportunity, rather than an hourly or salaried customer service position.
