Our vast array of services — educational, employment, vocational, residential, rehabilitative, and behavioral health — are delivered through a network of national and international affiliates. Location: Exton, PA
Pay Rate: $18.00+/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Program: Community-Based Services

  • Builds trusting, nonjudgmental relationships and encourages self-advocacy and independence.
  • Works alongside clinicians and community providers (when applicable) to share insights and promote coordinated, person-centered care.
  • Helps reduce isolation by connecting people to groups, resources, and community activities.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a human servicesrelated field
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered

Required Clearances & Qualifications

  • Certified Peer Specialist Training
  • Peer Specialist Certification (Required)
  • PA Criminal Clearance
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance (if applicable)
  • FBI Fingerprint Clearance
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Not listed on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
