Description
As a Service Sales Representative at Ford AV, you will drive new and renewal business by selling customized AV service and maintenance contracts. This role combines client relationship management with solution development, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
- Sell and manage AV service and maintenance contracts.
- Partner with internal teams to create custom service solutions.
- Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Conduct calls, visits, and presentations to secure new and renewal contracts.
- Generate tailored proposals and manage contract documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and guide clients through the full contract lifecycle.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent Ford AV at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications
- B2B sales experience in a service or technical industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Self-starter with a consultative sales mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
- Experience with AV systems, construction, or blueprint reading is a plus.
- Background in outbound sales, marketing, or customer service is helpful.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
