Our campaign-results-driven matching decision engines and optimization algorithms are built from over 20 years and billions of dollars of online media experience.

We believe in:

  • The direct measurability of digital media.
  • Performance marketing. (We pioneered it.)
  • The advantages of technology.

We bring all this together to deliver truly great results for consumers and brands in the world's biggest channel.

Job Category

QuinStreet is building the next generation of creator-driven customer acquisition in financial services. We are seeking a Director of Creator & Influencer Growth to lead the expansion of our creator ecosystem across key verticals including insurance, credit cards, banking, loans, and debt solutions.

This role is responsible for building and scaling the creator supply side of the marketplace — identifying, recruiting, and activating high-quality creators who can authentically engage consumers making important financial decisions.

You will focus on creator sourcing, partnerships, and ecosystem development, working closely with category marketing teams that will manage campaign execution and optimization.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how creator marketing drives performance-based acquisition in one of the largest digital financial services marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Build a Scalable Creator Acquisition Engine

  • Identify and recruit creators across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and emerging social channels.
  • Develop scalable sourcing strategies to consistently identify high-potential creators in personal finance, lifestyle, and consumer decision categories.
  • Build a structured pipeline of creators aligned to QuinStreet's financial services marketplace.

Grow QuinStreet's Creator Ecosystem

  • Expand and diversify our network of influencers, creators, and content publishers.
  • Identify creators capable of driving trust, education, and conversion in complex financial decisions.
  • Establish onboarding processes that enable creators to participate in performance-driven campaigns.

Partner with Internal Category Leaders

  • Collaborate with marketing teams across insurance, credit cards, banking, loans, and debt solutions.
  • Match creators to campaigns and transition partnerships to category teams for execution, optimization, and scaling.
  • Help define best practices for creator-driven acquisition in regulated financial services categories.

Bring Market Intelligence

  • Monitor trends in the creator economy, social platform algorithms, and emerging distribution channels.
  • Evaluate creator partnerships using engagement data, audience quality, and conversion performance.
  • Identify new partnership formats including affiliate creator programs, sponsored integrations, and performance partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social growth.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a creator ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and affiliate economics.
  • Ability to identify creators who can drive both trust and customer acquisition.
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong understanding of creator performance metrics.
  • Experience in fintech, personal finance media, or regulated industries is a plus.
