Title: PeopleSoft Financials Reports Developer
Location: 815 11th St, Huntsville TX 77340
Duration: Until 8/31/2025 with possible extension

Important Note: The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework. Texas local candidates only.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice requires the services of a Data Analyst Report / Writer - PeopleSoft/Capps Financials Developer who meets the general qualifications of Data Analyst Report Writer - 3. The report writer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.
The core duties include analyzing and modifying Capps data and creating financial reports as requested by the business unit, utilizing PeopleSoft Query Manager.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team, using collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Must be able to work off-hours at different phases of the project.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (minimum of four tools).
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:

8 Required PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
8 Required PeopleCode and Application Packages
8 Required Application Engine, COBOL, and SQR
8 Required Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
8 Required Advanced SQL and PL/SQL
8 Required Development of reports using BusinessObjects
8 Required Development and tuning of complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, and package development in large-scale database projects.
8 Required Testing and implementation of standard and ad hoc reports
8 Required Oracle11g/12c (with one or more of these versions)
8 Required BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries
8 Required AWE
8 Required Analyzing functional design requirements
8 Required Creating technical design documents
5 Required Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
5 Required Common design practices/standards/technologies associated with application accessibility (e.g. WCAG, , ADA, Section 508)
4 Required Developing complex BOBJ queries and reports using the CAPPS Financials system
4 Required Supporting application integration using SAP BusinessObjects SDK
1 Preferred Texas CAPPS implementation
