Domain knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred along with proficient knowledge of GIS concepts such as spatial data creation and management, data visualization, spatial analysis, FME build and design, and systems administration.The positionadministersGIS workflows as well.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and process queries to extract, manipulate and analyze data
Assistwith special projects involving thematic map creation, dataconversionand/or quality control
Design and implement automated ETL usingFME,Python (ArcPy),SQLand Snowflaketo automate workflow processes
Integrate geospatial and operational data across multiple areas
Manage content stored inArcSDEgeodatabases and SQL server
Programweb-based applications within ArcGIS Enterprise such as dashboards, ExperienceBuilder
Collaboratewithinterdisciplinaryteams tointegrateGISdatawithothersystems(e.g.FME,ArcGISOnline,ExperienceBuilder)
Assistwithtraining junior GIS staff and end-users on GIS tools and best practices
RequiredQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in GIS or related field
At leastseven (7)years of FMEworkexperiencein Oil and Gas
At leastseven(7) years ofGISwork experience using ArcGISandrelated tools and extensions including ArcGIS Pro
At leastsix(6)years of experience in Oil and Gas
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in GIS or related field
