Are you fluent in Spanish and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document and update customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system
