Van Delivery Driver - Toledo, OH

The Van Delivery Driver is responsible for making timely deliveries throughout the Midwest using a Parcel Van or Non‑CDL Delivery Truck, while providing dependable, customer‑focused service. This role includes daily interaction with customers as well as coordination with our transportation and sales teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Load and secure products from the Toledo Distribution Center into a parcel van or straight truck
  • Safely operate company vehicles on assigned delivery routes to multiple customer locations
  • Follow all company safety standards, including required PPE, pre‑trip checks, and safe‑driving practices
  • Unload and deliver products to customer facilities with accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide excellent in‑person customer service, answering questions and supplying required delivery documentation
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer needs to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate travel and cargo logs in compliance with Federal/State regulations and company policy
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and adequate fuel levels

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 21 years or older
  • Ability to pass a driving and criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – No OVI’s in the last 3 years
  • Physical ability to lift 35lbs on average consistently, bend, twist, and climb


Schedule - Full Time

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 or 8:00 am – Finish
    • Saturdays as needed
    • Overtime will be required as needed. This may include delivery on Saturdays.
