Last quarter, our team had approximately $144,000 in potential commissions go unrealized-not because opportunities were unavailable, but because we needed more skilled agents ready to turn qualified leads into closed deals.
If you already hold a real estate license-or are close to obtaining one-this is an ideal time to join a fast-paced, growth-focused team. We provide the leads; we're seeking driven professionals who are prepared to convert them.
This is not a traditional real estate environment. Through Zillow Flex, PLACE's proven systems, and a dedicated full-time marketing team generating more than 10 million monthly social media impressions, we're creating both a strong media platform and a high-performing real estate business.
Your Responsibilities
  • Work with qualified, active buyer and seller leads-no cold calling required
  • Lead client consultations, negotiate contracts, and build your business efficiently
  • Use established systems, comprehensive training, and accountability tools to strengthen your results
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to maintaining a high standard of performance
Ideal Candidate
  • Holds an active Virginia real estate license or is nearing completion of the licensing process
  • Is available full time and comfortable with a commission-only compensation model
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the discipline to follow proven strategies
  • Is committed to building a lasting real estate career rather than pursuing occasional transactions

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
