Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, establishing accurate diagnoses and documenting them in compliance with company policies.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are based on each client's unique circumstances and goals, adjusting them as required through ongoing reviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support clients in developing healthier relationships and coping strategies.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to engage clients and inspire them to surpass their personal goals.
• Complete detailed documentation for each session, including treatment notes and session summaries as per our established protocols, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with other professionals including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse client base encompassing individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. You will work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders, addiction recovery, relationship issues, and those navigating family dynamics. Emphasizing a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach, you will ensure that every client feels valued and understood.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of family therapy principles, clinical practices, and community resources.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while fostering a warm and supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least three years of experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with case documentation, treatment plan development, and conducting diagnostic assessments.
• Experience in working with clients from varied backgrounds and presenting concerns, adding depth to your therapeutic practice.
• Knowledge of billing practices, including collecting fees at the time of service.

Compensation and Benefits
