Job description

Insurance Sales Producer — The George Nichols Agency | Independent Agency | P&C Licensed | Remote

About the Opportunity

The George Nichols Agency is hiring a remote, licensed insurance producer to serve the Orlando, FL market. You'll have Brightway's national carrier network and agency support available to you, along with commission that isn't capped.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sell personal lines products — auto, home, life — to new and existing customers
  • Follow up on inbound leads the agency routes to you
  • Have real conversations with clients to find coverage that fits
  • Stay ahead of monthly sales goals in a remote, self-managed role

Who We're Looking For

  • Active P&C license required
  • 1–3 years of insurance or sales experience
  • Comfortable communicating and closing deals remotely
  • Independent, goal-driven, and organized

Why Brightway?

There's no ceiling on commission — remote work doesn't mean capped income.

  • Wider carrier access than a captive-agent role would offer
  • Fusion Tech keeps quoting and customer management simple, even remotely
  • Backed by a national network's training and carrier relationships
