Job description

Remote Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent | Warm Leads | Uncapped Commission (6-Figure Potential)

Build a meaningful, high-income career working from home with warm, pre-qualified clients while helping veterans and working families protect what matters most.

If you are a licensed, experienced producer ready to scale your income and grow a team, this opportunity is built for you.

About the Opportunity

  • 100% remote, commission-based role
  • Warm client model (no cold calling required)
  • Focus on life insurance and supplemental health solutions
  • Backed by proven systems, training, and leadership support
  • 6-Month accelerated mentorship program to Leadership positions

You are a strong fit if you:

  • Hold an active Life & Health license (resident state required)
  • Have 1+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Are comfortable working 100% commission-based
  • Have a track record of closing and client relationship management
  • Are self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
  • Are comfortable using several applications and productivity tools in a remote environment
  • Willingness to obtain additional non-resident licenses (company guidance provided)

Your Opportunity

  • 100% commission-based with uncapped earnings
  • First-year income potential: $75,000 – $150,000+
  • Top producers and agency builders may exceed $200K+ annually in less than 2 years

Training

  • 2-week structured remote onboarding program – Must commit to Training Program hours
  • Live, instructor-led sessions + hands-on sales training

Compliance / Appointment

  • Must be eligible for carrier appointment
  • If currently appointed elsewhere, must obtain release if required
