We're Hiring: Account Executive - Promotional Products Champion
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in or near the Midwest)
Travel: Required 2-4 times per year to Dubuque, IA, including a 1-week onboarding/training trip
Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Reports To: Director of Sales
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 annually + performance bonuses

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Executive who understands the promotional products world and brings a proven book of business to the table. You'll work with new and existing clients to deliver creative, memorable brand solutions that make them look great-and keep them coming back.
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across various industries
  • Source products via ASI, SAGE, or similar platforms
  • Create and present tailored promotional solutions for campaigns, events, and gifting
  • Collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery
  • Respond to inquiries, generate quotes, and close deals confidently
  • Participate in trade shows and occasional client meetings (in-person and virtual)
  • Track activities and client interactions in our CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements
You're a Great Fit If You:
  • Currently work for a promotional products supplier or distributor
  • Have 2+ years of experience in promotional product sales, with an emphasis on hard goods (tumblers, mugs, pens, etc.)
  • Bring a book of business that allows you to hit the ground running
  • Communicate clearly and build trust with clients quickly
  • Stay organized, follow through, and take pride in delivering excellent service
  • Enjoy working independently but also thrive as part of a team
  • Are comfortable traveling to Dubuque, IA, several times a year
