Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is looking for Registered Nurse (RN) forGeneral Medicine Unit and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative hospital environment. Direct HireFull-Time12-Hour Days or Nights
Pay: $32.61-$49.28/hour
Shift Differential: +$4.00 Nights+$3.25 Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,500 New GradsUp to $20,000 Experienced RNs
Relocation Assistance: Available
Experience: New Graduates Welcome!
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care.
  • Assess patients, monitor changes, and implement care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Educate and advocate for patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards.
Requirements
  • Current RN license
  • BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
  • BSN preferred
  • EMR experience preferred
