Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

You will bridge the gap between complex marketing data and actionable business strategy by designing the data structures that power our performance reporting. Your mission is to solve the puzzle of customer identity and campaign attribution, ensuring that every marketing dollar is backed by precise audience segmentation and performance insights. By transforming raw data into visual stories, you will enable our leadership to make high-stakes decisions that drive customer growth and engagement.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Audit our current cohort building processes and implement optimized SQL/Python workflows that reduce audience segment latency within your first 90 days

  • Deliver a suite of automated Tableau dashboards that provide real-time visibility into campaign health and conversion trends for all major stakeholders

  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative and Product teams to align data insights with business objectives, ensuring a unified approach to our customer journey

  • Execute rigorous A/B tests using statistical methods to ensure every marketing experiment yields actionable and significant results

  • Leverage AI-driven automation tools to streamline the cleaning and manipulation of large datasets, significantly increasing the scale and speed of our data mart operations

  • Demonstrate advanced technical expertise in SQL and Python to build complex data structures, moving beyond simple queries to developing scalable analytical environments

  • Apply a deep understanding of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing and confidence intervals to validate the significance of campaign results and protect against data bias

  • Use strong data storytelling skills to translate raw, multi-source data into interactive, easy-to-digest reports that drive executive-level decision-making

  • Build strong working relationships across diverse teams, demonstrating cross-functional awareness to ensure data engineering efforts support broader marketing and product goals

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaign data within complex ecosystems, demonstrating a track record of data platform mastery

  • Demonstrate AI Literacy by identifying opportunities to integrate generative AI or automated scripting into data cleaning and visualization workflows to optimize resource efficiency

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field

  • Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in data analytics or marketing engineering, specifically within a high-growth marketing environment and utilizing A/B testing methodologies

  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of experience with:

    • Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, and complex joins)

    • Python for data cleaning and manipulation

    • Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

    • Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Platform (including Adobe CDP, Adobe AJO, or Adobe CJA)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
