Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with hands‐on experience in advanced data engineering and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will work on a cloud-based data lakehouse environment, performing technical analysis, troubleshooting, and building scalable solutions using Databricks, Python, R, and other modern data technologies. This role requires strong problem‐solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting on complex integrated systems hosted in a cloud environment. Provide primary technical support for software, data issues, and processing errors. Monitor application and production support for new releases and coordinate responses.

Consult on application testing strategies and document observations. Maintain project documentation including schedules, requirements, and system scope. Validate technical approaches to system or application issues and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with business owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and requirements engineering. Required Qualifications Hands‐on experience with: Databricks (PySpark, Data Quality Framework, custom dashboards).

Python/PySpark for scripting, automation, performance tuning, and debugging. Starburst, Collibra, Alteryx, and Tableau for data integration and visualization. Immuta for security analysis with strong knowledge of Role‐Based and Attribute‐Based Security.

Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and root cause analysis. Experience in Agile delivery and SAFe framework. Proficiency in Jira for Agile management and documentation.

Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a matrix or virtual organization and with distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications CBAP, Agile Analysis Certification, or similar certifications.

Experience with cloud‐based data lakehouse environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Certifications CBAP or Agile Analysis Certification (preferred).
