  • Drive workload planning, resource allocation, and prioritization to meet business and customer commitments
  • Champion talent acquisition and retention strategies to build a high-performing technical organization
  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customers, application engineering, project engineering, and design engineering
  • Lead critical customer discussions, technical clarifications, and escalations
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop winning strategies for key pursuits across nuclear, oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial markets
  • Represent AMETEK Solidstate Controls at customer meetings, technical reviews, industry events, and trade shows as needed
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions

  • Must also possess strong project management, communication, interpersonal, and team leadership and organization skills, the ability to work closely with other team members to meet objectives and deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong business skills combined with in-depth knowledge of industrial batteries, AC-DC rectifiers, DC-AC inverters, and AC-AC voltage regulators.
