Role Overview:

As a Portrait Designer for Inside Sales, step into a full-time role where your charisma and sales acumen translate into a luxury photography experience. Embrace consultative selling with pre-scheduled appointments without the need for lead generation or follow-ups. This is your opportunity to excel in a role that prioritizes relationships over transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage clients in person, presenting tailored image, size, and finish options in a scripted yet relaxed atmosphere to achieve a 100% close rate.
  • Deliver 45-minute to 1-hour consultations with up to 8 sessions daily, underpinned by continual training and a strong team dynamic.
  • Be a part of a family-oriented workplace with a work-life balance, enjoying a 3.5-day work week.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, preferably within art or photography, paired with robust interpersonal skills and authenticity in scripted engagements.
  • Enthusiasm, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury brand atmosphere.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary, commission, and incentives with potential annual earnings of $80,000 to $120,000+.
  • Comprehensive benefits including 401K Matching, QSEHRA Health Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, and Paid Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
  • Schedule: Full-time with a 3.5-day work week - Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM & Thursday to Saturday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM.
  • This is an In-Studio Position - NOT REMOTE.
