Job description

Who We Are Looking For:
The Personal Trainer is under the direct supervision of the Fitness Coordinator and is responsible for developing and teaching training programs tailored to the individual fitness goals of their clients.
What Winning As A Personal Trainer Looks Like:
  • Coordinate and develop a fitness program as scheduled with their clients.
  • Keep accurate records of training sessions provided.
  • Carry out all duties assigned by the Fitness Coordinator relating to the program.
  • Insure that facilities and equipment are properly maintained and assure proper order after training session.
  • Carry out all duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Attend all training and workshops assigned by Fitness Coordinator.
Essential Job Requirements:
EDUCATION: High School diploma preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Some experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to demonstrate range of exercises for participants and administer Adult CPR and first aid.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 and have a valid driver’s license. Should have proper knowledge of exercise programs. She/he should be energetic and proficient in the promotion of a progressive program. Should maintain a certification in CPR/AED and be a certified personal trainer. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
