Kforce's client in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Senior Music Coordinator to support music operations, project coordination, and executive-level administrative activities within a fast-paced entertainment environment. This role combines music coordination, project management, and executive support responsibilities while partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of music-related projects and productions. Key Responsibilities: Music Coordination & Project Support: Coordinate music-related projects from development through final delivery Maintain and track music assets, including recordings, cue sheets, lyric sheets, budgets, and related documentation Support music sourcing, research, artist discovery, and project-related music initiatives Prepare and distribute project briefs and maintain project tracking information Track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support music-related workflows Assist with music rights, licensing, clearance, and administrative activities as needed Executive & Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination Support communications, correspondence, and follow-up actions Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and document meeting notes when required Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and project updates Maintain organized records, contacts, and project documentation Event & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate screenings, events, meetings, and special projects Serve as a liaison between creative teams, business partners, vendors, and stakeholders Support collaboration among production, music, legal, and operational teams Ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders are informed of key milestones Requirements: 3+ years of experience supporting music professionals, creative teams, or entertainment industry operations Knowledge of the music production process from concept through final delivery Strong understanding of the music, media, or entertainment industry Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting senior-level executives Familiarity with music rights, licensing, and clearance processes Entertainment, media, film, television, or music industry experience Experience coordinating events, screenings, or creative projects Knowledge of music publishers, record labels, libraries, and industry resources Key Competencies: Music Coordination Project Management Executive Support Music Industry Knowledge Event Coordination Scheduling & Calendar Management Stakeholder Communication Research & Administration Organization & Time Management Attention to Detail The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
