Job description

Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) AAGL Fellowship Trained
Perform surgeries using minimally invasive techniques. Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in teaching, research, and potentially leadership roles within their division.
Qualifications: AAGL Fellowship Trained
Key Responsibilities:
Performing Minimally Invasive Surgeries:
Performs procedures such as laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and robotic-assisted surgeries.
Diagnosing and Treating Gynecological Conditions:
Treats/Consults for conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, and other complex gynecological issues.
Collaborating with Teams:
Collaborates closely with other healthcare professionals i.e. anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgeons.
Teaching and Research:
Mentor and teach junior staff and residents, participate in academic activities (lectures, curriculum development), and conduct research to advance the field.
Continuing Education:
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in minimally invasive Gynecologic surgical techniques.
Clinical Duties: Participate in departmental unassigned call.
